Warmth Levels
Our Findia quilt is the ultimate summer quilt. Firstly, it is made to a perfect summer warmth level - Super Light Comfort equal in warmth to one blanket. Secondly, the special construction of the shell gives you complete control over where the down is distributed and can therefore help you to regulate the warmth. It is the coolest and lightest quilt we manufacture. The Findia is mostly suitable for hot summer nights but can also be used in winter on top of your existing quilt for extra warmth.

Hungarian White Goose Down
The best way to gauge down quality is by measuring its Fill Power and that depends on the quality and size of the down clusters it contains. We use Hungarian white goose down in all our quilts including Findia quilts because it is widely regarded as some of the best quality down found in the world. We use a 650 fill power down that is hand harvested to fill the Findia quilt, which is of an extremely high standard. Our down has been thoroughly cleaned, sterilised, sorted and tested using state of the art German equipment and under strict government supervision.

German Down Proof Fabric
Our Findia quilt shell is made from 100% cotton and woven in a special batiste weave. It is one of the lightest down proof fabrics in the world. Made from the finest long staple Egyptian cotton, then tightly spun and mercerised into yarn in Switzerland, and finally woven on state of the art looms in Germany. This beautiful batiste fabric feels like silk and weighs a third less than traditional quilt shells. Our Findia quilts are the true example of "warmth without weight" down bedding.

Quilt Construction
We use a clever narrow channel quilt construction for our Findia quilts. These sewn through channels are the perfect design for a summer quilt because they minimise the loft of the down and allow heat to escape. The channels run down the length of the quilt giving you the added bonus of being able to shift the down to where it is either needed or not needed.

Confidence in Textiles
All of the fabric used on the Findia quilt shells are guaranteed to meet strict European environmental standards for ecologically safe textiles and to be free from formaldehyde, chlorine, heavy metals and other harmful chemicals. It is important to know that our environment will not be exposed to any toxic textile chemicals in the production process and that you will not be exposed to these chemicals when you sleep.
